Marna Solarsh is an experienced education and special needs planning attorney and is also the mother of an adult child with a disability. She is active in local and state organizations that serve children and adults with special needs and lectures frequently to parent groups on special education law and special needs planning. Marna is a member of the NYS Bar, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning SectionCommittee on Individuals with Disabilities, the Westchester County Autism Advisory Board, the Board of Directors of the Westchester Independent Living Center and Access Equestrian (an adaptive riding and horsemanship program).
